Our adoption of Autodesk’s Revit Architecture building information modeling (BIM) software enables efficient communication and collaboration with design and construction professionals, saving clients both time and money.

DKA offers full construction administration services, ensuring quality control for architectural and interior design projects, whether as Architect or as Owner’s Representative. INTERIOR ARCHITECTURE AND DESIGN

DKA excels at providing outstanding interior design. Services include site and project analysis; procurement and selection of floor, wall, and ceiling treatments; selection of colors, finishes, and other materials; selection of furnishings and fabrics; electrical layout and selection of lighting fixtures; installation site observation; and consulting services as needed.

FURNITURE PROCUREMENT
Whether the job is a tenant improvement or new construction, it is important for us to first gain an understanding of how our client works—from there we are able to identify specific furniture needs. Through furniture manufacturers’ showroom presentations, visits to other completed installations, fit plan studies, and value/cost analysis we then recommend what furniture we feel is the best fit. Additionally, on our clients’ behalf, we will compose and manage furniture plans, specifications, and purchase orders, and will monitor delivery and installation.

SPACE PLANNING
We provide space planning services for a wide range of project types, including community facilities, health care campuses, public works, educational facilities, residential structures, tenant improvements, church properties, and retail spaces.
